We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Camille's Beauty Supply. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs to return items will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

We accept returns on products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange for a return label.

If there is a price difference between the returned item and the replacement, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount.
